This notice explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use nodecanvas.digital.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and message text you submit via
/api/inquiryon the same domain. - Consent preference: your accept/reject choice stored in your browser under the key
nodecanvas-consent-preference(see our cookie notice).
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention. Consent records in your browser remain until you clear site data or change your choice via the banner.
Processors and transfers
Inquiries are handled by our same-domain form service. We do not sell personal data. If we use a hosting provider in Thailand or abroad, they process data only on our instructions under appropriate safeguards.
Your PDPA rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Contact info@nodecanvas.digital or call +66-2-214-6837. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Security
We use HTTPS in production and limit access to inquiry data to staff who need it to reply.
