Refund and cancellation policy

Several timeframes below are standard market practice and are proposed, pending business confirmation.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to consultation fees you have paid in advance when cancellation conditions below are met. Document preparation that has already been delivered in final form is non-refundable.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees to your original payment method, or reschedule once at no extra charge.
- Within 48 hours: one reschedule allowed; otherwise up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time.
- No-show without notice: prepaid fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new appointment at your choice.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is included if requested at least 48 hours ahead. Further changes may incur an administrative fee if stated in your booking confirmation.
Partial refunds after work starts
If you end an engagement after the intake session but before delivery of the agreed cash-flow summary, we refund unused prepaid portions minus work completed at the hourly rate quoted in your confirmation.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may add additional days.
Deposits
Deposits hold your calendar slot. They follow the same cancellation windows above.
How to request
Email info@nodecanvas.digital with your name, session date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility in writing.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where they apply.
